Clawd on Desk

Clawd on Desk is an open-source desktop application that provides a visual interface for monitoring AI coding agents. It serves as a companion to tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, transforming terminal-based agent activity into real-time animations performed by a desktop pet. The software is available for Windows 11, macOS, and Ubuntu/Linux.

The application monitors the state of various AI agents to notify the user of their current activity. It allows users to track long-running tasks without keeping a terminal window in focus, using visual cues to signal when an agent is thinking, typing, or requires attention. It can be installed via provided installers or built from source using Node.js.
