Ever Teams

Ever Teams is an open-source, self-hosted work and project management platform designed to handle task tracking, workforce coordination, and team collaboration. The software is deployed as a web application and can be hosted using Docker or various cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean and Vercel.

The platform provides a centralized environment for managing workforce activities and project lifecycles. It is accessible via a web browser, with planned extensions for mobile devices and browser extensions to increase accessibility. Users can deploy the system using Docker Compose for a quick start, or they can manually build the Next.js frontend for more specific production configurations.

Ever Teams is built using a modern frontend stack including React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui. It utilizes Nx and Lerna for monorepo management and Storybook for UI component development. Architecturally, the application functions as a frontend that requires a connection to the Ever Gauzy Platform APIs. These APIs provide the necessary backend ERP, CRM, and HRM capabilities, allowing Ever Teams to integrate broader business management data into its project tracking workflows.

For developers, the project provides several implementation examples, including versions built with Vite, Remix, and Next.js boilerplates. This flexibility allows teams to adapt the interface to different technical requirements while maintaining the core project management logic provided by the Gauzy backend.

The software is currently in an active development stage and is licensed under AGPL v3.
