Frappe HR

Frappe HR is an open-source, self-hosted human resources management system designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle. It operates as a web application that provides a centralized platform for handling personnel data, time tracking, and financial compensation across more than 13 different modules.

The software is deployed on a server and can be installed via Docker or a local bench setup. It provides a web-based interface for administrators and a mobile application for employees to perform tasks such as checking in, checking out, or applying for leave while on the go. This setup allows organizations to maintain their HR data on their own infrastructure while providing a progressive web app experience for the workforce.
