KeePassXC is an open-source Web App / Server that stores and manages sensitive information. It operates as a cross-platform desktop application available for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, providing a local environment for managing credentials and private notes.

The software stores usernames, passwords, URLs, attachments, and notes in an offline, encrypted file. This database can be kept on a local drive or stored in private and public cloud solutions for synchronization.
