PicView

PicView is an open-source desktop app that provides image viewing and basic editing capabilities. It supports a wide array of file formats including animated WEBP, GIF, SVG, AVIF, HEIC, and PSD, as well as various RAW formats like .cr2, .nef, and .orf. The application is available for Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
