wger is a self-hosted fitness and health management system designed to track workout routines, nutrition, and body measurements. It operates as a web application that users can deploy on their own servers to maintain full control over their personal health data, ensuring that sensitive biometric and dietary information remains private and under the user's direct administration.

The software allows users to plan exercises and monitor physical progress over time. It is deployed primarily via Docker for simplified installation and maintenance, though it is also available as a set of cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, F-Droid, and Flathub.
